Adare Enterprises is an Ottawa based computer, printer and network service and consulting company. Our goal is to keeping our customers systems up and running, whether it's one machine or a whole network, printers or computers. Adare is recognized for our technical expertise and the solid reputation we have earned in the service business over the last 30 years. Your business matters to us as much as it does to you!

Operations:

A Service Management Database contains all the client information our technical staff needs to be well equipped and prepared to provide solutions and make well informed recommendations that will benefit your company now and in the future.

We emphasize support of LAN's (Local Area Networks), but include the repair and maintenance of personal computers, monitors, printers, accessories and other peripheral equipment. Adare Enterprises continues in providing warranty repairs for OKIDATA and the sale of equipment, but our main focus is Service to you, our customer.

We look forward to continuing to serve you as one of our valued customers.


Service Call Handling:

When a service call is received, the information is initially written down, which serves as our ultimate backup. This information is then entered in our extensive database, so if you have ever called before, or have had the particular equipment serviced before, we will have it's history.

Service calls are screened internally to see if a simple solution may be accomplished by phone. If not, a technician or engineer is dispatched to your site within the response time allowed by your Maintenance Agreement or as soon as the next tech is available if you do not have a contract.
